I was contacted a few weeks back by John Lerchen, the director of a new film called Dearest Jane. He told me he really liked some of my minimal film posters and asked if I would be interested in designing a poster for his film. I watched the trailer and thought it looked great and the rest is history. There were a few design ideas going on in my head pretty much straight away, in particularly autumn colours, oranges, brown and yellows. The tree was very symbolic within the film so for me this had to be a prominent part of the poster. Anyway I really enjoyed designing it and was happy how it turned out…
